Data Retention

Account & Contact Data: we will only keep this information for as long as is required to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained, as specified in this policy, including any amount of time required by law, or for as long as is required to conduct a justifiable and reasonable promotion of our goods and services.

Job Application Data: Unless you specifically request otherwise, we may retain the information you submit if you are not hired for a maximum of three years in order to get in touch with you regarding potential future employment opportunities. If we engage you, we will keep your personal data for the term of your employment agreement with us and, after that, for the length of the relevant legal retention period that is specified in the country where we employed you.

Browser Data: Unless we need to keep it in connection with a reasonable concern about the security or functionality of our services, or as mandated by law, we may keep this data for a maximum of 12 months. When it is being utilized, server-side session data is only retained for three months; otherwise, it is deleted after seven days.

Customer Database:  We will only keep this information for as long as it takes to deliver the services you have purchased. When you terminate your subscription to an T3 Softwares Cloud-hosted database, the database is disabled for three weeks (the grace period) and then deleted. When a database is uploaded to the website for T3 Softwares Database Upgrade, it is kept for up to 4 months after the last successful upgrade, and may be deleted earlier upon request.

Third Party Disclosure

We do not exchange, sell, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties, with the exception of what was previously stated. We might discuss trends or statistics with other parties, exchange or reveal aggregated or de-identified information for research purposes, or both.
