How we protect your privacy
when you utilize our services and on T3 CRM ERP
A platform to host your company Private Instance of Application and database is one of the numerous services that T3 Softwares and its affiliates provide to assist you in managing your business. We gather information about you and your company in the course of providing such services. Not only is this data necessary for our services to function, but it is also vital for the security of our services and every user.
This policy describes the types of information that are gathered, why they are gathered, and how they are used.
Information we collect
Most of the personal data we collect is directly provided by our users when they register and use our services. Other data is collected by recording interactions with our services.
Account & Contact Information: You voluntarily provide us with specific information when you register on our website to use or download one of our products, subscribe to one of our services (T3 CRM, T3 ERP, T3 WMS, T3 HRMS.), or complete one of our contact forms. This usually consists of your name, company name, email address, phone number, postal address (in case a delivery or invoice is needed), interest in T3 Softwares for your business, and your business industry. Occasionally, it also contains your phone number.
We never keep track of or retain our customers’ credit card information. Instead, we process credit cards—including recurring ones—through reputable third-party payment processors that abide by PCI-DSS regulations.
Job Application Data: Whether you apply for a position through our website or one through an employment agency, we typically gather your contact details (name, email, and phone number) as well as any details you decide to include in your curriculum vitae and cover letter. In the event that we choose to issue you a job offer, we will also need additional personal information from you in order to comply with legal requirements and personnel management guidelines.
We won’t ask you for information that isn’t required for the hiring procedure. Specifically, we will never gather any data regarding your sexual orientation, political stance, religious convictions, trade union membership, or racial or ethnic heritage.
Browser Data: In order to personalize your experience based on your nation and preferred language, we recognize and record your browser language and geolocation when you visit our website and use our online services. For statistical, security, and legal reasons, our servers also passively capture a summary of the data that your browser sends, including your IP address, the time and date of your visit, the platform and version of your browser, and the website that took you here.
With the aid of a session cookie, your browser may also be used to store and retrieve the data associated with your current session (see also the Cookie section for additional details).
Form security: Google reCAPTCHA may be used to protect certain forms on our website. This technique may also make use of particular Google cookies in addition to heuristics based on the technical specs of your device and browser. Also refer to the Google Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the section below on Third Party Service Providers.
Customer Databases: Any data or material you upload or enter into your database as part of an T3 Cloud service subscription is entirely under your ownership and control (for instance, by initiating Customer Registration Order Process).
Personal information such as your contact and customer list, list of workers, messages, images, documents, etc. are frequently included in this data. You are always the owner and exclusive controller of this data, and we only ever gather it on your behalf.
How we use this information
Account & Contact Data: We use your contact details for invoicing and account management purposes, as well as to deliver our services and respond to your requests. Additionally, we might utilize your data for communication and marketing (you can always opt out of receiving our marketing messages). We also analyze service patterns using this data in aggregated or anonymized form.
If you have signed up to attend an event that is listed on our website, we may give our local organizer and the event sponsors access to your name, email address, phone number, and company name for direct marketing purposes as well as to help with event booking and preparation. We may also give your name, email address, phone number, and company name to one of our official Partners in your country or region if you have indicated interest in using T3 Softwares or have otherwise requested to be contacted by an T3 Softwares service provider. This partner will use your information to get in touch with you and offer their local services and assistance.
Job Application Data: If we choose to send you a job proposal, we will only use this information for recruitment purposes, to review and follow up on your application, and to prepare your contract. To request that your information be deleted, please contact us at any time.
Browser Data: To preserve and enhance our services, this automatically-collected data is anonymously examined. Additionally, Google reCAPTCHA might be utilized for security reasons, such as stopping service misuse. The anonymous score that reCAPTCHA calculates depending on your browser and device is all that we process in that scenario.
If you break our Acceptable Use Policy, we will only link this data to your personal information where required by law or for security reasons.
Customer Database: We only gather and use this information on your behalf to carry out the services you have paid for, in accordance with the directions you specifically provided during service registration or configuration, as well as your T3 database setup.
In order to address any issues with our services, at your express request for support, as required by law, or to maintain the security of our services in the event that our Acceptable Use Policy is broken, our Helpdesk staff and engineers may access this information in a limited and reasonable manner.

Please submit a request to our Helpdesk if you would like your account or personal data to be permanently deleted for a justifiable reason. Unless we are compelled by law to retain it for administrative, billing, or tax reporting purposes.
Job Application Data: You can request access to, revisions to, or removal of your application data at any time by contacting us. Responding to the most recent correspondence you exchanged with our Human Resource staff is the simplest approach to accomplish this.

Through your management panel, you can also request the complete destruction of your database at any moment.
Your data is automatically erased when you utilize the T3 Cloud Application Upgrade service, and it can also be destroyed at your request if the upgrade is successful.

We understand the value and sensitivity of your personal information, which is why we take great care to process, store, and protect it against loss and unauthorized access. Our Security Policy provides a detailed description of our administrative, technical, and organizational security procedures.
